If content of an Umbraco contour form is changed, the application form’s fields in Umbraco will not match the fields in CRM, and cause a CART EXPIRED ERROR

The solution is to delete the related ASSESSMENT SECTIONS entity in the candidate’s assessment. This will delete all related ASSESSMENT RESPONSES. When the candidate re-submits the application, CRM will recreate the related entities with the new data from Umbraco.

A view has been created in the ASSESSMENT SECTIONS view to facilitate this process if Umbraco contour forms are changed.

3. Modify criteria of view “Assessment Sections of Incomplete applications”

4. Show results

5. Bulk delete results
