For record keeping purposes -

OK, from investigating the database, something happened between 4.30am and 6.30pm on 4th July 2018 that caused Stephanie’s application to go batsh**crazy.

· Stephanie did not have a record existing in the Umbraco database (see attached),

· in CRM no data has gone through,

· but CRM thought it did receive her submission,

· her assessment status changed, creating an invoice which she paid.

It is unlikely to be caused by us – we sorted out the form not submitting issue on 3rd July 2018.

Can confirm there doesn’t appear to be anyone other than Stephanie Hiller affected by the issue.

We may have to monitor if this happens again… or otherwise find out what happened on 4th July. Maybe aliens, Will Smith and Bill Pullman.

Kathy has asked Stephanie to complete form again.

Hiya,

Another one to log with ITSupport.

Stephanie Hiller (16663) was able to submit her application without entering any data or uploading any files. 

I need to email her for a passport photo, so should we get her to complete a new form?  i.e. cancel the submitted application, then discount the new invoice?
